Elias - Cedar Rapids
I would like to say how much of a pleasure it is and was to work with Julie. I want to thank her for working with me and helping me to get into my house. She did everything she said and promised and more. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to rent or purchase a home.
Chad - Marion
We started our journey in the Rent to Own process two years ago. Owning our own business and and interrupted employment made it challenging to get approved on a mortgage. We needed a larger home for our family. Julie assisted us with preparations to own our home and we were able to rent that home until it was time to purchase. Bought our home today.
Brian and Amanda - Cedar Rapids
I have lived in the house for almost a year now and I've had no problems. During the derecho, she was quick to respond to make sure there was no damage to the house. The only problem I have had was a plumbing problem which was quickly fixed.
Taylor - Cedar Rapids
Julie came into our lives at a time where her help was very much needed. We not only needed a reliable place to live, but also wanted to get to a sustainable position with finances and credit. We never dreamed we could be homewoners with outanding credit in such a short amount of time. We could never have done this without the opportunities Julie gave us and the guidance received from her.
